Yespark Group, France’s leading digital parking rental platforms (yespark.fr and zenpark.com) and charging station provider, has entered a collaboration with Spirii to support the rapid scaling of its charging network. The partnership will initially cover France, Belgium and Italy.

Spirii has partnered with the Danish start-up Lumina to develop and integrate Charger Health, an AI-powered intelligent maintenance platform. Trained on 3 billion data logs from Spirii’s charge point management platform, Charger Health uses machine learning to handle charger issues before they affect operations and users.

ZE Ports covers investments in client-selected vehicles and charging infrastructure, and supplies renewable energy, while Spirii provides charger installation, maintenance, and a charge point management system to operate the charging network. Fleet owners pay a fixed monthly amount for the entire package, reducing upfront and operating costs.

Srenity Solutions AB, a leading provider of integrated digital property solutions, has signed a cooperation agreement with the Danish provider of EV charging solutions Spirii ApS. Spirii and Zaptec have collaboratively developed a new algorithm named PowerDelta, designed to make operating a charging network more energy-efficient and cost-effective.

Spirii, today announces a major charging agreement with Circle K, a global leader in convenience and mobility. The agreement will cover Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg following Circle K's acquisition of TotalEnergies' retail assets in these markets. 600 DC charge points will be migrated to Spirii’s EV charging platform. In parallel, Circle K will launch a new comprehensive home and workplace offering in partnership with Spirii.
