Scope & Preparation
Collaboration with the Spirii onboarding team to plan the migration by defining goals, aligning stakeholders, assessing technical needs, preparing system integrations, organising training and support, and develop a clear migration playbook to ensure a smooth transition.
Setup & Configuration
We establish the customer environment and setup key components - including customer structure, pricing models, end-user support and system admin training. We also prepare the charge points, payment terminals, RFIDs, fleet cards, roaming agreements etc.
Pilot & Migrate
A pilot site is migrated first, followed by the full rollout according to the migration plan and timeline. This two-step approach ensures a smooth and succesfull transition.
