Why Spirii: I already knew Spirii and its culture, and it just felt like the right fit.
Best about Spirii: The combination of a fast-moving industry and the great people around me.
Your role: Nordic Key Account Manager, leading partners through the constantly shifting Nordic EV landscape.
Outside work: Music is a big part of my life.
Dream road trip: Probably Italy - a classic choice, but still my favorite.
What motivated you to join Spirii?
I was simply ready for a new challenge, but still within the field I’ve worked in for the last 5–6 years. Since I’d already worked closely with Spirii for a couple of those years, I’d gotten to know the people, the culture, and the direction Spirii is heading. It just felt like the right fit.
What do you enjoy most about working at Spirii?
Definitely the combination of the fast-moving industry and the people around me. There are always new challenges popping up, and we do our best to handle them smoothly while staying focused on our mission. I also love all the new connections, meeting and talking to new people every day. And honestly, you never stop learning here, which was a big reason why I joined.

What is your role, and what does a typical day look like for you?
As a Key Account Manager, I spend a lot of time talking to our existing customers, making sure they’re happy and moving forward. Another big part of my role is spreading the word about Spirii and getting our name in front of the right people, which I really enjoy.
A typical day includes (too much) coffee, calls, emails, and trying to stay a step ahead for both new and current customers. I also try to squeeze in some training so I can spend the rest of the day with my family.
What’s the most exciting part of working with partners in the Nordic markets?
It’s such a fast-evolving space. Every day brings something new, a question, a challenge, or a new way of doing things. It’s genuinely fun to talk about what Spirii does and to show how we can make people’s work easier. When we can actually deliver solutions that make a difference, it’s super rewarding.
Outside of work, what are you passionate about?
When I’m not with the family, I love working on our house, both inside and outside. Since we built it ourselves, there’s always something to fix or improve. Music is also a big part of my life. I still haven’t completely let go of the dream of being a full-time musician, so there’s lots of guitar playing and music on at home. Weekends usually mean having people over, cooking, making pizzas, and enjoying a few drinks!
What is your dream EV road trip destination, and why?
Probably Italy, which I think is the classic answer, but still! I’m not sure how well I’d handle all those hours in the car with the family, but it would definitely be worth it. There’s just so much to see along the way that you’d normally miss.
